The Little Barn

The small barn will have multiple permanent, seasonal or temporary functions.

Tomorrow

The Little Barn is intended to accommodate many activities during the seasons at the Farm.
Our goal is for this small barn to be used throughout the year for different purposes.

Permanent uses:

A meeting room, a games room and a Fab Lab

Seasonal uses:

The Multi-Use room will be used in winter for indoor cultivation and it will be used as a small reception room in summer (weddings, baptisms, etc ...)

Ephemeral uses:

Outside of periods of indoor cultivation, the multi-purpose room will be used for ephemeral events such as our festivals, shows, exhibitions, conferences, etc ...)

Meeting room

This part of the small barn will be rehabilitated into a meeting room.
It will be available to users of the coworking space as well as those of the Fab Lab, but also available for all types of meetings.

Fab Lab

Located next to the meeting room, the Farm will have a Fab Lab, equipped with all the equipment and machines necessary for the art of DIY (Do It Yourself)

Play Room

This part of the small barn will be rehabilitated into a games room, with a pool table, a table football, a ping-pong table, an arcade machine and darts targets, to begin with.
All the games will obviously be completely free.

Multi-Use Room

This part of the small barn will be used in winter for our indoor crops and will be used as a hall for receptions, exhibitions and events the rest of the year.

Preservation

This farm building is in very good general condition.
The work will mainly be cleaning and preservation work.
For the rehabilitation of this building, the first work will consist of installing new doors and windows, making a hard floor and installing a staircase and a railing for the games room.

Operation

Like all the buildings of the Goodwill Farm, the small barn will be a shared space, accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via a PASS
